At Secrets Beauty we expect our clients to be welcomed in to a warm, quiet and relaxing environment. To ensure you receive the best level of service that you deserve please consider the courtesy conduct below.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will still be charged at full price.

Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your treatment for Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting, HD Brows, Brow Lamination, LVL Lashes & Lash Extensions. We do not allow any of these treatments to be carried out with a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or having had the treatment in the last 3 months.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice and 72 hours for pamper packages is required; otherwise a 50% charge may implemented. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

Children

To respect the relaxing environment and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought in to the salon.

Courses

All courses must be paid for at the time of booking and are non refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellations policy.

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products and are non refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please inform at the time of booking if redeeming a gift voucher.

Mobile Phones

We ask that all phones are turned off or to silent for the relaxation of all clients.
